I'd take anything Kelly Anne says with at least 1 grain of salt....more like a truckload, most of the time 
KAC says this will start more small businesses. I'm curious if that is accurate because the tax bill removes many write-offs that help SB function (i.e. HELOC interest deduction, many SB borrow from their home equity because no credit for start up/ongoing costs).

If she's right, that's great (well, great-ish, running a small business is its own gift). I think there are some structural barriers to her assertion created by the tax bill. It seems to favor standard deduction wage earners in the short term.
