I have not seen a reconciled bill released. Without that *no one* can tell you what this beast will do. The method they are using is like exchanging a comprehensive logging plan for spinning in circles near trees with a chainsaw.

It's how a reasonable person would respond to a haphazardly produced bill that is not yet available to read. I do agree with you that it is difficult to cut or reform taxes, that's why it should be done well, not....like this.
