I would love to see us working more broadly on treatment for substances. It's a very difficult habit to kick & the resources available are pretty sparce/lacking efficacy. I haven't got the energy at past 11 for a rant about methodone/suboxone.

If you think I don't see the devastation first-hand, I work in family law & do some MCILS work...I can't escape it. We need a better toolkit. We also shouldn't write off whole towns like a zombie apocalypse has hit.

Well Tag, you know I'm not a democrat. I highly doubt that ridiculously expensive wall will do more prevention than those same funds used elsewhere. We should be looking for effective solutions, which includes weighing benefits with costs.
