#mepolitics Philanthropic Humanitarian Healthcare efforts have many fine examples... https://www.stjude.org/about-st-jude/history/how-we-began.html … - and they're a very far cry from marxist socialist's reaching in to peoples bank accounts without their consent, stealing their taxes to pay for their buying elections1 reply 0 retweets 0 likes -

There is validity to a lot of models, good and bad aspects of each.

#mepolitics I'll stick with the Founders of America model. Our nation developed strong enough to defeat the Nazi's & Fascists. The Socialist USSR, Cuban & Venezuela Models, along with Bernie's Favorite Denmark Model having a 65% tax rate can all take a hike, no pun intended1 reply 0 retweets 0 likes -

#mepolitics I've been blessed to know many immigrants who came to USA for a chance at Freedom & the American Dream, who gave it their all, including my Grandfather & I'm proud to be associated with & have had the opportunity to work with many of them http://www.rectitudeusa.org/immigration1 reply 0 retweets 0 likes
Only slightly related, my family has been in the US for a long time. My great-grandmother's cousin, Charlotte, went to Oregon in a covered wagon and lived to see a man walk on the moon. Can you imagine that span of technology?
