The ACA puts us in a weird hybrid where it doesn't say the government is putting it in the bundle, it just makes it illegal not to have it. (More than that of course since it's thousands of pages) There are carrots (subsidies) & sticks (tax penalties). #mepolitics

The ACA is / was Unconstitutional. It was Obama's decree w/ OFA's intention to blaze the trail to Socialize medicine in the U.S. The ACA should be entirely struck down.

You won't find me to a fan of the ACA. It really frosts my cupcakes to have a mandated purchase of a commercial product just for being. However, that doesn't change that there needs to be a practical solution before screwing with people's healthcare. #mepolitics

#mepolitics I'll stick with the Founders of America model. Our nation developed strong enough to defeat the Nazi's & Fascists. The Socialist USSR, Cuban & Venezuela Models, along with Bernie's Favorite Denmark Model having a 65% tax rate can all take a hike, no pun intended
