Big part of the problem w/our representative government... Congressmen don't have to do anything once our ballots are cast & they're in office, so they do what satisfies donors who will continue to give money. Things would be quite different if we could vote to oust them monthly.
So we ask the right questions. We send the best people, objectively the right people...those who may not prefer attention, tv ads, slick mailers, but who are motivated by altruism, equity and humanity. Those who understand science, economics, law, etc.

What do you think the right questions are? My comment was responsive to yours on the wrong ones. We need to start picking people we trust instead of the lessor of two evils.
