This is a valid point...I'm just not sure it applies here. Telling people who aren't being ridiculous, even if not comprehensive in their point, that they are ridiculous is how we got the current political climate.

Just stop. Let me make it clear, I want equity for all. We are in this political climate because some of us do not want equity and are desperate to find any excuse to maintain the status quo.
