I do not think of myself as exceptional or a victim by sharing this information. I literally do not think I know a single woman who has not been sexually harassed &/or assaulted at some point.

We need a path back for people who have commited sexual harassment/assault. As someone who has been on the receiving end of both, I would guess most men (& some women) have committed acts of harassment/assault...many oblivious they caused harm.

Think of how many people we are talking about that are the harassers/assaulters; most people you would never guess. Some should be punished criminally, resign, etc...there needs to be a way to help those who can take accountability, make amends, & remain in society.

Agreed. I find myself wondering where and how we would draw the lines between who is "redeemable" and who is not. Many factors at play in my own mind.

If James Bond was a woman he would not give men the benefit of doubt.

I'm not talking about the benefit of the doubt. I'm talking about not declaring all sexual harassment/assault as equal, and letting the punishment fit the severity.

#mepolitics "a path back" for who?... Bill Clinton?...Bill Cosby?... Harvey Weinstein?... I think a baseball bat to the back is a little more appropriate....Society should worry more about those affected adversely... and ridding this crap... then protecting the offenders feelings -
Can we bring back pudding pops without cosby? How about the boss that hugs too long and uncomfortably without asking? The coworker who had one too many drinks at a holiday party and tried a kiss two decade ago?
