Lots of things can help. Most important first step is to star finding the points of agreement to limit areas of conflict, then using that conflict to make a better outcome. There still may not be full agreement, but there would be some progress.

Okay. Identify some Dems in Congress who will agree to work like that. For every Democrat you get, I'll get you two Republicans.

Should I just slide on in to Bruce's job? If so, I'll get at least 25% of Dems to the table...might be a big table though. There are common goals. Different messages, teams and priorities, but common goals.
