Write better law & you will get bipartisan support.

No such solution exists. There isn't always an ooey gooey center. Sometimes politics is about choices.

I don't know that I agree. There are certainly trade-offs. I work in an area of law where winners & losers aren't a thing most of the time. There is almost always a solution everyone can live with that functions.
