Not DC elected GOP. They want govt to do less not more. Less subsidy, less regulation and less overall involvement in health care by govt.

Right. They disagree on mechanisms, mandates and administration. Who should administrate (govt/insurance companies), whether or not there is a requirement to buy in, and what mechanisms control the affordability (market forces/govt policy).
