Yeah, we discussed this in my office yesterday. The men we're all like "Why would anyone do this? I don't know anyone like this." A female coworker just replied, "Um...this is as common as dirt."

Even though I'm in a race with 9 men, I try not to throw the gender card all that often since it isn't super relevant to the office I am running for...but there are a lot of things women know that are unfortunate & usually missed by men. Life experience, yo.
