How many are even in the state?

Bangor opened theirs in Nov. Around that time they announced plans for the state's second one to be built in Westbrook. Still just Bangor.

Or at least it's the only one they've listed for Maine on their site's "find a location" feature, so I'm going to assume still just Bangor.

Clearly whomever did the research did not research.

I suspect the majority of their responses came from out-of-staters (either visiting, attending college or recently moved here long-term.)

...who only visited Bangor? Not knocking Bangor, but it does not strike me as a fast food hub.

Um, If I had to predict what city a fast food chain would put their 1st Maine location? Portland, Lewiston-Auburn or Augusta before Bangor.

And I'm kind of surprised Westbrook is where they want the second location in the state.

I feel like the person making the decision didn't consult anyone who has actually been to Maine. Maybe they just threw darts at a map?

Maybe they think we all travel great distances to eat with our vast poverty fortunes? All I know is they're wrong about our fave fast food.

There are so many really wonderful local places, I almost never eat fast food. My husband does have a Dunkin weakness.
