Sorry, missed this. Yes, in MA but I don't know enough to fully comment. I think MH works well for those w emp HC, ext poor, and in gap. 1/

However, it fails a lot in the middle and for self employed/non-emp HC. There's also a lot of admin issues which can cause probs & inelig.2/
