It's one of the few appliances I use often enough to leave out
I don't use it a whole lot for baking. My 9 year old has a mashed potato addiction.

It really comes in handy. I use it several times a week. Toaster, stand mixer, microwave on counter (blender seasonally for smoothies). Everything I use once a week (instant pot) or less frequently is put away.
