7. Sprinkle 3/4 cup flour, stir well and cook 2 mins 8. Add 8 cups water and chicken bullion cubes for 12 cups broth, bring to boil 9. Reduce heat, add 1 tsp fresh ground pepper, 2 tsp salt, simmer 15 mins, stirring occasionally 10. Reduce heat further, stir in 3 cups cream
