Credit where it's due: South Portland City Hall is running like a well-oiled machine. It's a cramped and undersized building, yet they've found ways to keep large numbers of people safely distanced. Private businesses & other gov't entities could learn a lot from SoPo.

Yep, I was dreading going in today (had to do something that can't be done online or by mail) and I was so pleasantly surprised and impressed.
When I was there a bit back they were frightfully efficient for such a small building.
