In Maine we have ranked choice voting for ALL the races. I wrote @TiffanyBond in for Senate as my first choice.

You talk like Maine's been doing ranked voting for 100 years. This is the first year. You don't know what the effect will be. A voter only needs to mark a first choice anyway; they certainly don't need to promote 3rd party spoilers, especially right now.
Actually...that's not true. You see, I ran in 2018. It went fine. There was a lawsuit. Also, just fine.
