Practical, easy ways for most people to shift gears and handle community spread, when possible: 1. Order contactless curbside when available. This is safest for you, other customers, and those helping you with your purchase, while still saving delivery slots for those who can't.
2. Stock up a reasonable amount on groceries, cleaning supplies, pet food, cat litter, etc. Don't clear the shelves, do buy a bit ahead if you can to help those who cannot if there is a run on supplies. 3. Do fewer trips. If you can, reduce the number of spaces you enter.
4. If you need to interact with others, stay out of enclosed spaces as much as is possible. #COVID19 is spread by aerosols. Your best tool is not being exposed for long duration, in enclosed spaces, and without masks. Avoid all of these choices.
5. Tip well.
6. Mostly, be kind.
