Then she's going to circle back and point to it later saying she voted against proceeding (since breaking the rules was wrong), but also felt ethically compelled to vote on her merits (and vote per ostrich rules).

She is trying to save her own butt in 2 years. I actually thinks this hurts the other GOP senator more though in 10 days. Her flip flopping only pushes independents out to vote more and it's already close there
