I misunderstood! I thought you meant so that you wouldn't receive emails from candidates. Good to know.

Oh, being a candidate doesn't stop you from getting emails from other candidates. I have absolutely gotten calls to vote from my competitor (and donate too!)...in fact, my own mother has gotten near-daily donation requests from another candidate in my race. Super cool.
