Never work. We can’t even count votes accurately now. Plus, it would take a constitutional amendment. Dream on Mark.

Maine had ranked choice voting in 2018. It worked fine. The Secretary of State released all the data, and you can easily re-create the results produced by the state.

The devil is in the details; however, don’t see where it would be practical on a national level. This would take a constitutional amendment.

It has to go state-by-state. We do have RCV for all federal races, including presidential, in Maine. It's nice. It means that non-traditional candidates like me can compete with candidates who drown a race with millions of dollars.
