We've reached the part of the evening where I am impatiently waiting for the children to fall asleep so I can go finish work. Given that the heat puts everyone in my room with the AC...it might be a while. *sigh*

I tried to do this yesterday and realized that I am fine to practice law, but attic level fan replacements are something I should trade money for.
Our first house had ample attic space, so I didn't mind. This I mind. It's a nightmare to find a good electrician in Portland. I've had folks scheduled over the years and they no show to even do an estimate.

I found out mine has been venting into the attic with no outlet for longer than we've owned the house.
