It is with deep disappointment that so far my take away from 2020 is we have neither checks nor balances. We really need to change our government and rebuild it with a few well-placed emergency brakes.

Mmm. They have existed since 1776. Its called the constitution. Most politicians. Vast majority of dems but some misguided repub too just ignore it@say its living. To the end of making all granting or denial of rights a 50.1%mob choice. Or just 9 justices sometimes
