Static fire test of Falcon 9 complete—targeting early morning launch on Sunday, July 22 of Telstar 19 VANTAGE from Pad 40 in Florida.
@elonmusk, instead of landing on the unstable “I still Love you, but let’s just be friends,” why doesn’t Spacex build a recovery landing platform on a tiny island near Bermuda AND northern Bahamas.

In fact, while landing, the platform is fixed, but it could be disengaged and hitched on a tug boat, and brought back.

On most dro landings, the booster has insufficient fuel to change its trajectory that much. Only recent exceptions are TESS (very light payload) and the Falcon Heavy center core (ended up failing, but not relevant here), which did boostback burns.
