This is not a good change. A tick is universally used on literally ALL social media as a verification marker. There is no way Creators and Users found it confusing! A grey background? Now that’s confusing..

when i watched you when i was younger and would actually try to go to your channel i would get. so many imposter channels. that was how i learned what the verified badge was. now imagine how itd be for anyone in young me's shoes NOW with this change.
