The pandemic is over, at least outside China, because most people have had covid and almost all recovered. Wear a mask if you want to, it won't stop you getting covid or giving it to anyone else

Yet another NZ presenting anonymous account who is actually overseas, in this cases being awake from 6pm through the night to noon NZ time since early 2021, who jumps on a thread about pre-testing for Christmas Day to tell people not to wear masks. Blocked & followers too.

Today we had a family early xmas as we can’t get together over xmas and I took a RAT test before going. Went to Mitre 10 in Palmerston North prior and was the only person wearing a mask.

I've been the inly one wearing a mask in most of the places I've been in the last few months.
Caught covid last week, probably in Auckland.
Wife and my visiting 78 yo mum from UK also +ve.
Keep wearing masks, ignore the funny looks and eye rolls x

Just last week I went to pick up free RATs at the same time someone was buying them at the other counter 🤦♀️
