I was just about to say smash burgers. It helps to have parchment paper and something a little sturdier than a spatula, but that’ll work if it’s all you have. The parchment keeps your meat from sticking to whatever you smash it with. That sounds bad...

Better idea; season first so the seasoning doesn't burn on the outside. Then roll into a ball and squish flat. Then put in hot skillet with some oil in it, cook a few minutes, and flip. Best seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
