There was a recent issue with subscriptions, but it should be fixed for the majority of people now. Have you tried reaching our Creator support for more help about this? Contact them here: https://goo.gl/BxLi8H . Hope this gets resolved.

I'm unable to contact YouTube because I'm not a partner yet- when I follow the instructions I don't have the option to "Get Creator Support." I've tried everything: I've written in the Community Help Forum and I've sent feedback with screenshots multiple times. Please help.
