We will never move beyond racism until we stop keeping count of every imaginable category by race in the name of "fairness". Fairness isn't something you can determine by keeping a demographic scorecard.

That's become common because people can't understand why people believe things different than their core beliefs. We've become a very unfair welcoming Society for those that don't share our same viewpoints. It started with in liberal progressive communities.

By definition can minorities really be represented everywhere?

They didn’t count on blacks crossing over.

I cannot understand people who say that minorities should be represented everywhere and yet are upset when a black man gets a job as MC and has to step down because he isn't gay enough.
