Why was it necessary to use a derogatory term? I am a liberal, proudly. In a nutshell, being conservative means being for liberty. Liberal means being for justice. We must learn to communicate not call names.

What if you cherished the dispute and the compromise that resulted? Someone told me once that marriage is not about avoiding arguments, the marriage IS the argument, so do it well and respectfully.

I marrage disputing with a lack of respect, unwillingness to consider the other party may be right and degredation are abuse of a nasty kind. Anyone in that kind of relationship should run! Fast!
