    After years of insecurity the basic human need for stability deserves legislative action. Senate should reinstate a pathway to citizenship & Congress needs to deliver lasting protection & permanency for undocumented families. This is the year.

    I believe the applicable phrase here is "lipstick on a pig." There is ample evidence that MPP/Remain in Mexico has put people in harm's way; the "improvements" to MPP unveiled today are barely cosmetic and don't fix its fundamental flaws.
