Could you point to a resource that would clarify the distinction between the two properties? Please. From my shallow understanding I think it's a disposition.

Phenomenal is conscious only, couldn't be violated by killing someone in dreamless deep sleep. A disposition is always there, the abstract property of being disposed to prefer continued existence. Would always be violated.

No, perhaps we could make sure that they are all much happier than Joshua Rothman. The empirical premise is that this is highly unlikely, but it might be false or MADE false.
