When I was a kid my Catholic bishop rotated four known child molesters through my hometown parish. At least two molested more kids while stationed there. He then fought against removing child molesters from their parish positions at the Bishops conference in 2002.

Later he fought against the NY state legislature relaxing the statute of limitations so victims could come forward later in life and see their accusers face justice. But anyway please tell me more about the Catholic Church's philosophy on what is harmful to children.

Don't recall any Pride events being sued for harming children.
-
PS: I have been to MANY Pride events. They are wonderful, encourage inclusivity and tolerance, and teach children that everyone is welcome, no matter who they are. And if they are different from their peers, that's okay. They're not bad people. So what are YOU trying to say?

This is pure ignorance & bigotry. Ignore this hate-filled hypocrite. His mind set leads only to suffering. He brings to mind those priests who molested my brothers. Of COURSE we should embrace our LGBTQ brothers and sisters and children. Jesus spoke of love

Kids are in far more danger at a catholic church than at a gay pride gathering.

I’ll say this with all due respect and sincerity: You’re a hypocrite of the highest order and you should be in prison. Your opinion about sin is worth less than nothing. Essentially saying “it’s not my job to stop child sex abuse” is evil.
