The problem here is that YouTube is right. We have to follow the guidelines. However, this causes some majorly bad consequences and effects a ton of people. Because Youtube kids did not work, they now have to try a different tactic to protect child privacy laws.

Additionally, even though the target may not be anyone specific, that means the target includes children. Therefore, it must abide by the laws set in place for children. This hurts, but what other option is there?
