Below 10M it will round down to the nearest 100,000. So if your subs were to stay the same (4.46M+) until August when this change is implemented, your public count would be 4.4M at that time. When you get to 4.51M it will read 4.5M. Let us know if that makes sense!

OOOOOOOOOOOOOR, just give the exact number, and not worry about all this rounding mumbo jumbo. We only need it for rounding decimals to integers.
