The firmware itself is broken (I’m trying to repair it) and refuses to boot on my device, giving various launchd related errors. This isn’t an issue with the internal apps or frameworks though so I can sideload these. 2/3

I have successfully emulated an iPod Touch 4 PrePVT prototype (it’s the closest I’ll get to owning one) This is a release jailbroken iPod Touch 4. I copied the apps and frameworks from the iOS 4.1 Internal UI. Internal settings did not work so I used a tweak. 1/3pic.twitter.com/zrD7zZLroC

The internal settings, when installed on my device, would cause settings to crash and the logs weren’t very clear. That’s why I’m using a tweak. This is the same iPod Touch 4 build
@PodsDank had on one of the prototypes he borrowed, and his video actually motivated me to do this. Installation went smoothly and after a recursive chmod of the Applications folder, it’s working.
