"duet" is on normal devices, it collects a ton of device usage data and makes predictions with it, Siri suggested apps. IIRC it stands for Dynamic User Experience Tuning. Perhaps DuetViewer is a tool to debug that, but I'm just guessing, it could be unrelated.
