In Gauteng sal die helfde van Indiërs byvoorbeeld uit die kleinhandel geskuif moet word, maar daar is plek vir meer van hulle in landbou. Die wet dwing Indiërs dus uit kleinhandel na landbou in n swak beplande sosiale ingenieursprojek wat onmoontlik nie kan slaag nie
