We often have a sense it’s not okay to feel mad, or sad, or frustrated, or stressed out. Why not? Why wouldn’t we feel human emotions? Instead we might just ask “how much?” How much am I willing to get tangled up in this emotion? How much energy will I give this feeling? Breathe.

Sometimes when I meditate I become more agitated than normal. And stop fearing the agitation... :(

You might try asking, “who is agitated?” Or “who says I shouldn’t be agitated?” Often through this gentle internal exploration you’ll notice an opening. Big hugs Santosh
