We have a tendency to add stress on top of stress. We feel pressure so we layer on judgment and recrimination: “It isn’t supposed to be like this! Why do I feel this way?” Relax a bit. Life is tough. Stress is normal. You’re not broken, you’re human. Breathe. This too shall pass.
