Some situations are stressful, it is their nature. That’s okay. We don’t have to try to make stress go away. That only creates more stress. Instead we simply recognize “this is stressful” and be with that - not arguing with reality. It’s okay. You’re okay. Breathe and carry on.

This message is perfectly suited for me today. Selling a home and buying a new one 1600 miles away. The stress is overwhelming but as you said, it is its nature. I will work with the stress and not try to make it go away. Thank you!
