Allow your meditation to be very gentle. That doesn’t mean it’s always comfortable or easy. But that we allow it to be okay - the whirling thoughts, the nagging fears and insecurities. Let them be. Let yourself be. Just sit, breathe, and pay attention to what it’s like to be you.
