Trying to carry the world on your shoulders is hard, it hardens us. We become aggressive, impatient, pushing, manipulating, charging forward. In meditation we give ourselves (and those around us) a break. We pause, sit, breathe. Our hearts soften as we feel the world carrying us.

Spot on Jason. Often we put on ourselves a sense of burden that comes from a positive place of wanting to help and be productive, but it is brought on by ones self and it is so important to just allow yourself to be, that is all, just be.
