Meditation doesn’t have to be a big deal. Just sit, breathe a bit, and pay attention to your experience. Resist the temptation to make it into a “thing.” It’s just a moment of authenticity in which we pause, look inside and are intimate with our lives. What’s it like to be you?

That’s my challenge; every time I start a “meditation program” I get overwhelmed thinking of it as a new, permanent thing. (Halfway through Autobio of a Yogi BTW)
