Mindfulness is about so much more than meditation to me. It is a way of being that goes to my very core.

That’s my challenge; every time I start a “meditation program” I get overwhelmed thinking of it as a new, permanent thing. (Halfway through Autobio of a Yogi BTW)

It is hard to get started To concentrate To relax To stop fears and worries

Try letting all that go. Just sit, breathe and pay attention to what it’s like to be you. Nothing to fix or change or do. Just sitting, breathing and being aware. Big hugs.
