Sometimes it’s okay to just sit and listen. No agenda, no antidote, no destination, even no meditation - just a moment alone, breathing, listening, present to what it’s like to be you.
Just wanting to is, in itself, as act of compassion and quite beautiful. Start by sitting, noticing and being okay with not feeling okay. Allow the anxiety, the desire to get up, to do something, anything! That’s the beginning of understanding what it’s like to be you. Big hugs.
