A good rule in tough emotional times is to not make the situation worse. With shaky emotions we rush to send tough emails, have heavy talks, call each other out. Instead take a deep breath, walk, meditate a bit - address your inner environment before turning toward the external.

This is good guidance. I’m feeling fear, frustration, and sadness. It is challenging to just sit with it. Yet when I speak up while in this state, it adds fuel to the fire. For now, letting the situation be, and working on myself, is the best course. Thank you.
