Started my day early with an hour of Writing, then a little yoga routine and listened to some affirmations while cooking breakfast.. love waking up early and having the morning to myself best time of day
Sounds like a wonderful meditation session. ;)
Just wonderfully quiet and gentle. A lazy day. The sun is shining. The prayer flags enjoying the wind, sending their mantras silently to the universe.pic.twitter.com/XUij5m9KlK
This: The ancient people that developed the concept of Yin Yang Yang, we're translating their experience of the spectrum. If we consider the spectrum, to have two limits, so to speak, by which you contrast complementary opposites. Both of these limits are on the same spectrum.
Neither of them are separate. And both of them contain still a small quantity of the other. In other words, they are complementary opposites. You can diagram that through the spectrum. Beautiful concept for illustrating complementary opposites, that form oneness.

An early morning with the acoustic guitar..sometimes dream state transitions right into song..
