What about meditation in action? On-the-go awareness? My lab's studies have found "short moments, many times" is powerful for breaking bad habits (e.g. smoking). And personally, I think awareness can be applied while sitting, walking, etc. Thoughts?https://buff.ly/2RzDVaf

Hi Jud. Nice to connect. Yes we can insert walking, or laying down, etc in the place of sitting. This msg is a result of my bias toward sitting (which Joseph and Sharon would say means I need to walk!) and a limited number of characters on Twitter! Hope to see you soon. Big hugs.

No need to breathe, it is also already happening... There are sensations through out the body, there is breath, there are thoughts... I do not have any control on them, just be aware of them, let go, continue to relax..
